Sadistic & Masochistic
Realizing that I've grown a bit weary of the Japanese exploitation scene I still opted to receive Masaru Konuma's seminal Wife to Be Sacrificed (1974), often considered his best pinku eiga film. I'd say that it covers all the bases fairly well and still highly disturbing. Hard to believe this was a "hit" back in its day but that's the Japanese for you. Bonus: the documentary I wanted to see is also on this disc! Watched a little but saved for another day when I'm ready to dive back in.
