(having seen it originally in the theater upon release but was so damn tired to fully appreciate it). It really is a marvel of movie and visually stunning. I watched all the extra features on the DVD as well which were terrific. Highly recommended viewing.Also started watching Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick
, an anime series from the late-90’s but looks like it was produced in the 80’s, which is why it attracted me. It’s not the greatest story but I enjoy the old-school style. Doesn’t count as a movie but it is taking some viewing time away from watching full feature flicks.
