Wrangling Super Success

Hit the late afternoon matinee at Muvico with pAT for Rango (2011) in digital. Gorgeous film with plenty of moments and nods to film. Knew in the opening minutes I'd want to see the blu-ray. Animation is fantastic. 8/10

Another blindspot I caught up with was
Sweet Smell of Success (1957) is such a treat. I caught part of this (the end, actually) on TCM not so long ago and knew it was something I needed to see. Tony Curtis is so great. 7.8/10

Superman/Batman: Apocalypse (2010) is really the tale of Supergirl and is a pretty good animated feature as Bats & Supes take on Darkseid. Some great action sequences. 7/10
