while adding my DVDs to DVDpedia I threw in
Alien Apocalypse
, having never seen it. REALLY strange to see Autolycus & Gabrielle get it on (Campbell/O'Connor - Xenaphiles know what I'm talking about). For a 2005 film, Bruce looks damn good and in good shape. Movie is what you'd expect from a made-for-Sci-Fi-Channel film.
Goes without saying that
Circus of Horrors
is a serious creepfest and had me cringing. Love when a 1960 film can do that. Any plastic surgery/circus flick will probably have that effect. Really solid thriller. Directed by Sidney Hayers and featuring a manic Anton Diffring as the evil plastic surgeon, this is one film that could easily be remade today, most likely as a good TV horror film. Only negative is that baby Donald Pleasence isn't featured enough.
